What finally worked for me is to take the spreadsheet with my weekly
assessments due, and develop a system of highlighting/check marks to delineate
what I have done so far. You could add in the due dates, and then yellow out or
check off the components as you complete them. I have the sheet on my
computer at work, so email me privately if you want it. My email is in my sig
line below. You could also use a daily planner, the type with a full page
column for each day, and pencil in the due dates for specific components. A
former coworker did that and it worked well for her.
