Subject: surveyors in building--yellow highlighter

One of the surveyors just left my office. she is unhappy that we use yellow
highlighter when we update the care plan since it won't copy. She feels we
should use another color. as long as I have been doing this we have always
used a highlighter to update information that is correct. We feel like if
we line it out we are saying it was not correct at all. Anyone do anything
differently?
