Small hint: Yellow highlighters which are fluorescent do not copy well, in fact ANY color fluorescent highlighter won't copy well. Use a yellow highlighter which isn't fluorescent, or tell her to highlight it herself with her own marker. Your job is to take care of your patient, not to make her life easier. I actually told a surveyor that once, and boy, did she back off. I stood up for my patient, and our nurses, and guess what? All of a sudden, we were best buddies. I think they just want to know sometimes is that we actually do know what we're doing.
