How would you code in section M? I would code in M1 stade 2,M2 pressure ulcer,M6c open lesions of the foot,M6f applications of dressings.Is that correct? Another question-if duoderm is used to protect a site (ex, Trach site,hip area etc.) and there are no open areas would you code it as m5g-application of dressings or i-other preventive or protective skin care?
