I have a patient that was admiited to the facility with a necrotic area on dorsal aspect of the hand.It is documented that it occured due IV infiltration.How would that be coded in section M?As a burn(chemical burn)

In the past I had a patient that had an ulcer from IV infiltration and the Physician documented burn from IV infiltration.
