If dashes are being placed in short term memory for residents
who are unable to respond i.e. dementia residents with aphasia, it will throw
these residents from hi risk to low risk. Myers and Stouffer states that
their software does not read a dash. Might start checking there. My QI
definitions are at work so will forward this and send more info
tomorrow.
