If the assessment is not already complete, why not change the ARD to before she left
so you are still in compliance with the 92 days, otherwise you will get a warning when
transmitting that it is over 92 days.

Hello Everyone,

I need some clarity please! I have a resident who was admitted to the
hospital on 03/14. 03/15 was day 92 for a quarterly
assessment(Medicaid). I am sure she will return in a couple of days
therefore I d/ced her with return anticipated. My question is now what
do I do when she comes back to the facility. Her ARD was 03/08 so
technically I have 7 days of look back info. Can I do this assessment
without her here? I know this resident very well and have contact almost
daily. Thanks! A.Corn
