What about your R2b date?

I can't see a citation for the AA9 sig being 6 days after ARD, because you have 14 days after ARD to complete at R2b.  BUT, if a sig in AA9 was dated after R2b, then you have a problem.

Subject: AA9 signature date citation...HELP!

I need quick help please......we received a deficiency on a survey because one of the signatures at AA9  was 6 days after the ARD, the assessment was a SCSA and the ARD was set on day 5 after the resident returned from the hospital.......

I can't find a stipulation on the number of days from the ARD that the AA9 signatures must be entered.

FYI - our staff enter the date they are actually reviewing the printed assessment and signing it.....as this is when they know it is accurate.

Please include documentation.

Thx in advance!
