This information is correct, the signiture date would not be the same as the ARD date, as many often do,  correct me if I am wrong or mis-interpreting.  Alabama has not given tags yet on this but I have heard it from other states and their FI with denials on reimbursement if the A9 and ARD dates are the same.   Lynne Morgan RNC
