I could only see it as a problem if one of the AA9's were after your R2b

Subject: AA9 signature date citation...HELP!

I need quick help please......we received a deficiency on a survey because
one of the signatures at AA9 was 6 days after the ARD, the assessment was a
SCSA and the ARD was set on day 5 after the resident returned from the
hospital.......

I can't find a stipulation on the number of days from the ARD that the AA9
signatures must be entered.

FYI - our staff enter the date they are actually reviewing the printed
assessment and signing it.....as this is when they know it is accurate.

Please include documentation.

Thx in advance!
