We use the denture marker on the glasses if it works. The best way we have found is to photogragh the resident wearing the glasses. Each accountability book has the resident photo as a visual reminder of how the resident wants to be groomed (glasses, dentures, hairstyle). For men it helps remind the aide that the man wears a moustache and it should not be shaved off!

Write the name in permanent marker on the inside of the side piece, then cover with "scotch" tape. Tape prevents the name from rubbing off.

Anyone have any ideas r/t labeling eyeglasses. We have been trying the clear straw with name in permanent marker slipped on over the bow but the name rubs off. Unfortunately we have a lot of residents who take them off and leave them anywhere and then we can't identify whose they are-and neither can they!!!!

Any suggestions appreciated

Faye J.
