What is an "acountability book". Sounds interesting.

We use the denture marker on the glasses if it works. The best way we have
found is to photogragh the resident wearing the glasses. Each accountability
book has the resident photo as a visual reminder of how the resident wants
to be groomed (glasses, dentures, hairstyle). For men it helps remind the
aide that the man wears a moustache and it should not be shaved off!
