Nathan:
I am taking to skillets, two eggs, one fourth cup of cooking oil, and a coleman stove to an informal dispute resolution. The guideline that was provided to us indicates that an egg is safe to serve if cooked at 145 degrees for 15 seconds or 140 degrees at 3 minutes. Now you cook an egg according to those guidelines. The white is usually still not done.
The tag is apparently coming in under kitchen sanitation of all tags. Have not seen the 2567 yet. There were no other tags written.
