This morning, we were discussing the price we help pay from our pay checks for in this case pure hassle for a week  The 2 Fed. people had flights and 4 overnights.  only 1 of the surveyors lived close enough to go home at night.  the rest stayed in a local hotel for 4 or 5 nights.  For some, mileage in the State Cars they drove had to be at least 150 miles to the facility and 150 back home.  They all had to be fed from Monday through 8 P.M Friday!  It was a difficult week and I had to keep reminding myself that we take care of these residents 24/7 52 weeks out of a year and we have surveyors 1 week out of the 52.  I prayed for patience each day and made it pretty well but almost lost it Friday.  - Am glad it is over, but don't look forward to answering the 2567.  - Those dudes are always sooooo long with the mixed teams!!

(Forgive me, I have spent a week with a survey team made up of 8 State surveyors, 2 Federal surveyors plus a pharmacist and Life Safety that floated in for a day each in a small facility that has only 73 residents!
