The info in the manual says to do a SCSA with the same ARD. So I do just as
you questioned.

Subject: Sig change assessments

This is probably a dumb question but what the heck. While doing a quarterly
MDS it is noted that resident has had improvement in several area's. It is
it necessary to do an entire new assessment or can I use info from quarterly
open a sig change assessment and use that information? Keeping the same ARD
or do I need to use a new ARD? Of course RAPs and careplan changes will
occur. Thanks,
Michelle
