Thanks, Pat Riska Stamford, CT Pat, I've never seen a rule for that but we care conference weekly on Fridays.  We almost always meet with the families of the residents who's ARD date's were that week.  I postpone the conference if we have too many assessments to fit all the conferences in one day.  Then I move the conference to the next week.  The only other reason I would postpone is if the family requests to meet on another date due to a scheduling conflict on their part.  Then I will sometimes move the conference back a week.
