don't you think it's impossible that the MDS/RAPS/CP
do not impact the resident who is supposed to be the
subject of the assessment/RAPS/care plan?
when you complete an MDS and go thru the RAP triggers,
you have an impact on the resident because you are
able to identify the problems & risk factors and can
come out with possible solutions in order to achieve
optimum level of care.
if your are being discriminated because you are an
LPN, i would look around and send out my resumes
because i'm sure i'll be able to find an employer
and working environment that will treat me as a
valuable member of the team. why will they treat you
like you're dumb? and why will you tolerate being
treated so?
