don't you think it's impossible that the MDS/RAPS/CP do not impact the resident who is supposed to be the subject of the assessment/RAPS/care plan? when you complete an MDS and go thru the RAP triggers, you have an impact on the resident because you are able to identify the problems & risk factors and can come out with possible solutions in order to achieve optimum level of care. if your are being discriminated because you are an LPN, i would look around and send out my resumes because i'm sure i'll be able to find an employer and working environment that will treat me as a valuable member of the team. why will they treat you like you're dumb? and why will you tolerate being treated so?
