No, if they are only planning to see the resident one week, they would code the days 
and minutes that they are planning to see the resident.  This is different from when 
therapy planned to see a resident for the full 15 days but the resident was discharged 
prior to that time.  If they think there is only limited benefit from skilled therapy 
and are not planning to see them more than a few days, the estimation should reflect 
the actual plan.

project to see them only 1 week do they still project out for first 15
