Resident admitted post surgery 3/29. All notes from therapy and team meeting
indicate that he would be receiving a high level of therapy from OT and PT
for at least 2 weeks. Unfortunately he developed a fatal condition was
transferred back to the Acute Care 3/30 and died in ICCU 3/31. He had 18
min of OT and 60 min of PT prior to his precipitous DC. I ordinarily would
have coded him in section T as projected for High minutes in therapy. But
he left so soon and with so few minutes??? Is it still ok to project him as
high???
