Good morning, we have a resident adm 12/31/03, on medicare and cut from therapy 1/30/04 then put back on ot 2/2/04. I re-started the assessments with the 5 day but what do I put for section T? I don’t think it should be done as the manual states the first 14 days of stay. I just want to make sure that I am correct.
