When I reread
the manual it looks as if it's coding ROM on the resident's ability to perform
the ROM themselves for daily functioning & that if they can't, it's then
coded 1/1. I haven't coded it this way in the past so guess I'll add it to
my list of questions when I go to the AANAC classes on April 20 & 21.
In the past I had always considered their ability to move it as voluntary
movement but now it looks as if that also refers to ROM so I will ask about
it.
