Lisa,
Goodness. Yes, you can set the ARD to be the 13th day. You can also set it to be day 7 or 8 or 9 or 10, etc. Setting it a little earlier will give you and your team more time to complete the entire process. You don't want to set it too early, usually, so that you can collect needed data. But setting it on day 13 is very nervewracking. And setting it on day 14 shouldn't really be an option since the ARD goes up until midnight.

Subject: Raps
I am learning how to work the Raps and looking for some guidance. I would like any cheat sheets or worksheets anybody may have? And I am trying to figure the best way to set my ARD date. We have been using our 14 day as the initial assessment that means it has to be complete on the 14 day. Can I set the ARD for the 13 day so I have time to work the raps on the 14 day so I won't be late? Any pointers would help.
Thanks,
Lisa Pippin
