I do not mean to be ignorant, but what is a global Rap Summary?

I've been off work for awhile d/t a car accident and subsequent surgery.  While off, my regional clinical nurse came in to do a "score card" of the facility and when she found that I had addressed all my raps by referring to a Global Rap Summary, she had a cow.  She says they are not allowed to be used.  This was on an Annual, in which there wasn't any change in the resident from the year before.  I addressed every rap that triggered and other issues.  Why would this not be acceptable?  It was very comprehensive.  I also use Globals on Admission assessments when the person leaves after the 14 days and is not returning.  There is no need at that point to work the raps and I use the Global to state the reasons why.  I also have already done an interim prior to that.  Any comments?
