RAPS must be completed within 14 days of admission.  If an annual assessment, the RAPs must be completed within 14 days of the ARD.   If for a Significant Change, RAPs must be completed within 14 days of the determination of the Significant Change.  (There is no reg that the RAPs must be completed within 7 days of R2b).  See chapter 2 and chapter 4 of the RAI manual. ----- Original Message ----- From: Annita M.
