I also hope that Jonathan does really well on Gleevec. Here is my interpretation of what he ?? might have meant.....that it is not possible to completely eliminate all leukemia cells, which would be the "big zero". Even at PCRU, we know that you still have some leukemia cells...they are just not detectable....but this is the reason that you can't go off the drug.
