Hi Ann,
I had to respond as I remember so clearly how scared I was. I got a prescription for Xanax from my primary care dr. and that really helped. I only needed one and I was pretty mellow. The next time I decided to have anesthesia and then I didn't feel anything, but you have to fast and have an IV. When I was awake with the Xanax, it really wasn't that bad. Good luck with the biopsy.
