I have never heard of Meloril, but I have used Marinol (aslo synthetic THC) to battle nausea until I got used to Gleevec and also later on during some chemo rounds. It, shall we say, did the job for me. MARINOL® (dronabinol) is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring compound known as delta-9-THC. Delta-9-THC stimulates appetite and reduces nausea and vomiting by binding to special receptors found in your nervous system.
