As far as I know, SKI-606 is not active against T315I.  Please look on
this presentation:

Starting on slide 37, it talks about molecules not active against
T315I.  Starting on slide 38, it talks about 2 compounds that may be
active against T315I.  I believe VX-680 is already in the clinic (but
don't know where).

I have also heard of ceflatonin and its trial in T315I patients.
