Hello everyone,Randy went back to the Dr. today. His blood counts are slowly rising back up.(wbc3.8)(anc1.0) The fish test came back good it is at 15% now after being on 600mg of gleevec for 6 weeks.Down from the 51% while he was on 400mg for around 6 months. The only thing is now he has to stay back on the 400 for two more months to let his blood counts recoup a little.The Dr. is afraid that might make his PHC count come back up,so she will do another Fish at the end of June. This is a lot to keep straight when your just an ordinary person with little medical experience.But we are learning a lot too thanks to our friends on here.Doe's anyone know why his RDW would keep going up a little at a time? It is 19.8 now it was 15.8 in October.Thanks Sandy
