Hi, I am in moleular remission after 8 months on 400 mgs of Gllevec. I gained weight but that is gone, I have puffy eyes sometimes but preperation H helps that ...I know that sounds weird but it is true. Put it on at night or in the morning. It shrinks the puffiness. I feel great. I can;t wait to hear that I am in remision one more time so I can beleive that I will stay there for 30 years. Gleevec is worth the side effects. Better that and be alive than not ! Keep on it. Feel healthy and enjoy life !
