You keep using the word "cure".......to my understanding, and I have asked several Oncologist and BMT specialists about it there is no "cure" for CML. The medications we take simply inhibit the production of the philidelphia chromosone. That is why we have to take medication for the "rest of our lives". Because if we stop taking the drugs the CML comes right back. And BMT is not 100 percent gaurentee that you wont have a relapse as Terry said much less that you will survive the process.
