Hi all,

Haven't posted in a while - but was wondering what your thoughts are on
immunisation?
My son 21, in remission on glivec, hasn't been immunised for Hep C, or
meningococcal.
He leads a normal life just a little fatigued but working full time.
His specialist says as immune system is normal in remission that its ok
to be immunised. Feeling a little reserved on this issue - hate to
upset the apple cart so to speak. Any opinions out there on this?

This is great group and am always scanning through the messages. Also
wondering if any of you get a bit muddy with thinking. My son
sometimes complains thinking is foggy (especially on golf course when
he's trying to think about ball placement - used to do so automatically
but finding it difficult do to fogginess?) Anyway not complaints here
as the glivec has been our wonder drug for five years now, and he's
doing really well.
