Yes, I am still on the Gleevec vacation. I received the results of my Q-PCR test from the first of Nov. and the results were not encourging. The CML shows and increase and I will repeat the test in Jan. to see if the Lab is trying to standardize their testing structure or if the mutations are truly increasing. If it is the latter I will go back on Gleevec and prepare to combat the iron deficienct enemia.
