Hi Donna, When did Jim lose his CCR?
In the past 3 months he has gone from 31% pH+ to 67% pH+. I would think that this is significant. Also, you say that he is on 100 mg Gleevec daily. This is a sub optimal dose and would explain why he is losing his response. I would seek the opinion of one of the CML experts.
