Donna,
You should talk to your Doctor about your concerns.
If you are not confident with him, you should see another doctor.
If Jim is getting worse you should change the medication or increase the
dose, but this is a doctor decision.
I think that you have to share your concerns with your doctor and ask him if
everything is under control.
