This doesn't sound like "nothing to worry about."  Especially if Jim
is taking only 100mg of Gleevec daily, which way below the standard
dosage.  You should consider immediately consulting another CML
specialist...bring all Jim's medical records with you...and find out
what Jim's exact situation is and the correct dosage for his CML.
