Jeanie: I was trying to get it through the ladies head that I needed to go slowly as it has been quite a long time since I had been on any of these machines.....but, she kept showing me from machine to machine and insisted I do at least 20.........I felt like such a whimp....but, I kept thinking "just get through this day & then you can come back in and go at your own pace". I did think I would be a lot sorer than I am....but not so bad. I told my mom this morning that I couldn't understand why both of my hands were hurting last night & sore this morning. I finally decided it was where I gripped the handles of the equipment. :)
Best get going.......am trying to get some things done around here. Just sit down to grab a sandwich for lunch.
