Thanks Patrick........I'm sure I was just overly anxious and wanting to hurry up and get out of there. (smile) Plus, she was setting up all the equipment each time for me....I would have started out with less weight for the beginning and built up over time.......course, she is a personal trainer and probably wouldn't have appreciated me telling her how to do her job. (smile) I can go in now and do my own thing..........she's there if I need help...but doubt that I will. I will keep in mind your suggestions for next time.
