Hello Pat, I started on sprycel in 2007. The headaches were bad for about two months and I have always taking my medication at night so I cant sleep threw most of the side effects, but with sprycel the headaches came at anytime and would sometimes last all day. Sounds bad right? Not as bad as gleevec was for me. Since then my body has adjusted and I only get a headache if I miss a day and I havent missed one since I started taking sprycel. I no longer have the headaches, so I hope in time you'rs will pass as well. I didnt know you couldnt take it at night time, as I always have taken my medication at night time with dinner. I hope the headaches end soon for you. Tina
