My husband who has been taking Sprycell since it was allowed by the FDA, takes 
his at night.
At this rate we have no recollection of headaches, but Sprycell has been such a 
blessing as
Gleevec was HORRIBLE with its side effects. The onc says it really doesn't 
matter when you take it, just take it at the same time everyday.
