Hi I use vineger on my itching. It is the only thing I have found that works. No prescription meds work. Out of the blue I decided to try. Works wonders and I apply either with my hand, paper towel or rag. Usually stings for a few but I get long term relief sometimes up to 24 hours. I remembered as a young kid that they used it for sun burns. Suzan
