Also Tom, 50 mgs a day with a diuretic to keep swelling issues at a distance if you are prone to the swelling side effects works well for many. I had shortness of breath and a feeling of fullness in the chest...Before it became problematic.I went on furosamide..and that reolved the swelling. Good luck and keep me posted! Beth
