Hi John, I wish you good luck today. Just wanted to tell you I never reached pcru until I went in sprycel. I had been on gleevec for 5 Years with no response. I had low blood counts on tasigna and had to have transfusions. Hang in there. You will make it through. Just keep fighting. Jeanie
