Thanks for your responses. I went on it last December and dosed at 45 mgs. It certainly brought my hemoglobin, platelets and white blood cells down quickly so they had to vary the drug from 45 to 30 and then to15 mgs per day. Right now I have been off the drug for three weeks as my counts are very low. I will see on this Friday whether they have come up again. Ponatinib is the only one that I have positively reacted to. I am not 100 percent phillies any more. I did not have to go into hospital for the treatment. John
