Hi Richard and so sorry you couldn't get approved. 
We warriors have double trouble.  First we have to worry if our meds are 
working:  then we have to worry if our insurance will cover our meds. 
I had to transfer from gleevec to tasigna and was on pins and needles til I got 
it approved.  Then a few months later I had to go on a Sprycel. 
I got approved but the worry causes a lot stress. 
I pray you do good on Gleevec.
