Glad to hear from you John. I take one pill also. It depletes my energy but no bad side affects. You might want to get a ct scan of your upper abdomen. Your spleen can fill with blood and cause problems. My pain is on my right side under my ribs. They can't find what's causing it. Hang in there!!
