I have not been able to make the soup yet. My soup marrow meat is still in the
freezer. I have to go to a neighboring town to get the remaining ingredients.
We live in a very small town and I need to get to a larger grocery store. But
I am going to make it. Right now I am doing therapy on my knees, trying to put
off having knee replacement. And they over-exercised me Wednesday and I am now
on a cane. But I will come back from it. Makes me change some of my plans.
But life goes on. I will certainly let you know when I finally get all the
ingredients in the pot and enjoy it’s delicious, warm, nutritious comfort.
