Mark, I would recommend Ektron CMS200, which I think fits with your requirements. It's a very simple web-site content management tool and I think it's somewhere in the US$500 area. I used to work for a distributor of it (last year), and we always had happy customers (Disclaimer: I have no particular association with them now, but I was a pre-sales consultant for it at one time!).
Keep in mind that it is not anywhere near an "Enterprise CMS" - it doesn't manage highly-structured information. It's a good simple tool for relatively simple web sites - as long as that's what you're after, then I think it's a sensible offering.
