I have used both Drupal and many others. The most configurable and easiest to use open source product I found to be Wordpress. But Expression Engine and Movable Type, while not open source, are definitely worth the $ ten times over as well. I happily shelled out $200.00 for a commercial license for EE, and have same for MT, and have never looked back. They have paid for themselves many times over, and I use both daily and customers love both. Wordpress is excellent though.
