This is the debconf from testing. As usual pulling in one package from
testing seems to pull in the whole of testing :-(.

I would try to use:
apt-get source ilisp/testing
cd <ilisp something>
debuild --rootcmd=fakeroot -us -uc

to get the source and compile it yourself :-(.
